Outhack is an installation of a hacked but playable version of the 80s video game, Arkanoid. Players use a game controller to move the paddle at the bottom of the screen and prevent the ball from falling beneath the playing field. While the game functions in the same way as the original version, the applied hacks affect the graphics of the game, creating a “glitchy” appearance. If the player reaches 10,000 points, he or she “unlocks” the original game and can try playing the game without any hacks.
