A little rain was no match for the Connecticut College spirit on Founders Day, the 100th anniversary of the signing of the College charter.

The chapel bell rang 100 times as students, faculty, staff and alumni gathered April 5 on Tempel Green for a picture in the shape of the number "100." Earlier in the afternoon, Linda Eisenmann '75 P'03 '07 gave a keynote talk on the history of the College.

A Founders Day Tea and 100th Birthday Party featured the premier of the new Centennial Song and a comical interpretation of the College's founding story by the student improv group N2O.
