Associate Fellow for Curriculum
Rachel Boggia makes, performs, and documents dance works, often in collaboration with other artists, scientists, and thinkers. She also frequently makes documentaries on other dance artists, creates video installations, designs video projections for performance, and experiments with online embodied education through a project called Meta-Academy. It is her pleasure to serve as Associate Professor and Chair of Connecticut College Department of Dance. She has taught courses in art and multimedia at the Bates Dance Festival, Bates College, Wesleyan University, and now teaches the Ammerman Gateway course here at Conn. Her collaborative works have been shown in Boston, Philadelipha, New York, Seattle, Frankfort, Limerick, and online.
